From idea to launch. Three chapters.

What we show here is what was built and appears on the live site. Any figure or business result is added only after the client approves it.

01

The challenge

A wide range of furniture and décor, and a visitor who wants to reach the right piece without getting lost among countless photos.

  • Many sections that must stay clear: living rooms, bedroom, dining and office.
  • Products sell on the image first, so large images must still load fast.
  • An Arabic audience that expects an interface that reads naturally right to left, not a flipped translation.
02

The approach

We started with the catalog map before the colors: how the visitor moves from section to piece to cart.

  • Categories first: Illustrated section cards on the home page shorten the path to what the visitor is looking for.
  • The image is the hero: Full-width slides give the image the most space before any text.
  • Arabic from the ground up: RTL design from the start with an EN option, instead of flipping an English version.
  • Considered performance: Next.js for fast pages, plus Tailwind and TypeScript for organized code that is easy to extend.

Results

Performance metrics are added after client approval.

Visits · Conversion rate · Load speed · Orders

The stage log above is illustrative, and the actual dates are pending confirmation. We don’t publish figures about a client project before the client approves them, and only real data is added here.
